I am writing this letter to thank you for the project you have carried out at my dental practice which is located in a Grade II listed building.

The project involved altering the internal layout of the practice, installing a new surgery treatment room, decontamination room as well as major refurbishment. The project needed to be completed with a minimal shut-down period and needed to be sensitive to the requirements of the age of the building.

Overall I am very happy with the work you have carried out. You have always been very approachable, hardworking and you complete work to a high standard. Your team was professional and polite at all times. As with all projects – problems did arise but you were able to find solutions and do as much as possible to rectify them.

I am extremely happy with how the new practice is looking and the positive feedback from patients is overwhelming. I have worked with numerous builders in the past but can safely say your team is the best so far and I would heartily recommend you to all. I look forward to working with you again in the future.
