I have worked in the industry for over 13 years and been involved in many dental projects, from new-build dental practices to the supply of a reception desk. In a large proportion of our architectural projects, we project-manage all aspects of the live projects, which of course include handling builders as well as equipment suppliers.
We first worked with Horizon Building Contractors about two years ago when our client, Professor Michael Atar, was looking for a builder who could do everything in a short time span to an exceptionally high finishing standard. I had heard about Horizon Building Contractors and after some initial research, I felt they were the right building company for the project.
They surpassed mine and the client’s expectations in all areas, working to a high standard of finishes in a tight time schedule and on budget. Where in the past some builders I have known water down the original design for financial reasons, Horizon Building Contractors did not. In fact they contributed to the overall design by offering help in finding chosen products that were easily available and, sometimes, at a cheaper cost. They made our client feel “looked after” and “special” and they were always available to answer any questions.
Horizon Building Contractors are an easy company to work with. The end project speaks for itself and our client has since used Horizon Building Contractors on many other projects.
Since this particular project we have offered Horizon Building Contractors as one of our preferred dentally-aware contractors. They have now completed other projects for our clients.
They are competitive, as proven when they are involved with competitive tendering around the country. This gives us great confidence that they are cost conscious, yet can deliver a completed project on time to a high standard anywhere in the country.
